I’ve been in the skin care industry for 9 years and when I’m not in the studio, I love to thrift with a coffee in hand, hike, or cozy up with a good rom- com or book.

I grew up with a love for all things creative. My passion eventually blossomed into skin care after struggling with stubborn cystic acne at a young age. I tried absolutely everything to heal my skin and one day my mom booked me a facial with a local Esthetician and that’s where I fell in love with Esthetics. I loved learning how to properly take care of my skin and I swear since the age of 10, I can’t go a single night without doing my skin care regimen.
where it all started for me...
I went to school at Missouri College of Esthetics and graduated in 2015. I became a lead Esthetician at a local spa and was so excited to be doing what I love and helping people glow in their own skin. Fast forward to 2020, and I started experiencing cystic acne flare ups again. My acne had always been manageable but never quite fully healed. It was like I was 10 years old again. After years of using medical grade skin care, chemical peels, trying different birth controls and medications, I was at a loss
I was an Esthetician struggling with my own skin. A friend recommended Blissoma, an all natural skin care line, and I decided to take a leap and try a different approach to healing my acne. I switched all my products and completely dove head first into healing my skin from the inside out. It completely changed everything I thought I knew about skin. Everyone’s skin is completely unique and beautiful. It’s all about finding the perfect balance for you.
What happened from 2015-2020...
Then in 2023...
In 2023, I decided I wanted to go solo and start my own business so I could follow this new found love of treating the skin with balance. Sage & Soul Esthetics is my dream come true. I wanted a safe space for everyone to come authentically themselves. I love working with clients to help them feel confident in their own skin. I look forward to meeting you and helping you find your glow✨
